اهلنا  المجتمع الحدشيتي  – سيدني،

جمعية مار رومانوس  الخيرية – حدشيت  عم تعمل حالياً على تطوير حالها لتقدر ان تواكب احتياجات مجتمعنا اللي عم تتغير. هدفنا كلنا نشتغل سوا لنبني مستقبل أحلى وأشمل للأجيال الحالية واللي جايي.

حتى  ننجح بالتغيير، لازم يكون في مشاركة من كل أفراد مجتمعنا. دورك مهم كتير بمستقبلنا، وبدنا صوتك يسمع حتى نتأكد إنه الطريق اللي رح نمشي فيها بتمثل الكل.

ضروري تجدد عضويتك بالجمعية لتضمن إن  تصلك دعوة للاجتماع العام القادم، حيث رح ناخذ القرارات حول مستقبل الجمعية.

إذا عمرك فوق الـ٦٥ سنة، عضويتك مجانية، كل اللي لازم تعمله هو إنك تسجل بياناتك عالانترنت حتى نتأكد إنه عندنا صحيح

إذا اشتريت رزمانة خلال السنة الماضية (٢٠٢٣)، فأنت من الأساس عضو وما في داعي تدفع. بس كمان لازم تسجل بياناتك عالانترنت حتى يصير عندنا السجل الصح.

إذا اشتريت رزمانة قبل سنة ٢٠٢٣، فأنت عضو حاليًا، بس في داعي تجدد عضويتك وتدفع عالانترنت.

إذا كنت عضو جديد، لازم تعبي استمارة التسجيل، تسجل بياناتك أونلاين، وتدفع اشتراكك.

ضروري ترسل هل المعلومات حتى نقدر نبعثلك إشعار رسمي عن اجتماعنا العام القادم، اللي منتوقعه ما بيتأخر عن شهر حزيران/يونيو.

جمعيتنا حالياً عم تشتغل على النظام  القديم، واللجنة ما عندها الصلاحية تعدّل النظام. هيدا التغيير بيصير بس إذا أعضاء الجمعية صوّتوا بالموافقة خلال اجتماع عام.

رح تقترح اللجنة إنو نعتمد النظام النموذجي اللي وضعته وزارة التجارة. كمان في كتير مقترحات من كل مجتمع حدشيت بسيدني قدموها للجنة، وهيدا كمان رح يصير في تعديل عالنظام النموذجي.

هيدي بعض النقاط بالاختصار يلي رح يتغيّروا:

• لازم يكون في على الأقل واحد من والديك أصله من حدشيت حتى تصير عضو بالجمعية

• عدد أعضاء اللجنة بصير إما:

• رئيس، ونائب رئيس، وأمين سر، وأمين صندوق، مع ٩ أعضاء لجنة عاديين. او

• رئيس، ونائب رئيس، وأمين سر، وأمين صندوق، مع ١٣ عضو لجنة عاديين (عضو عن كل فرع من عائلة هدشيت).

ان تكون عضو باللجنة، لازم:

• والدك يكون أصله من حدشيت

• تخضع لفحص سوابق جنائية

• يكون عندك شهادة العمل مع الأطفال

• ما بتقدر تصير رئيس، نائب رئيس، أمين سر، أو أمين صندوق إلا إذا كنت عضو عادي باللجنة لمدة سنة على الأقل

كل أعضاء اللجنة لازم يصيروا منتخبين من أعضاء الجمعية، لهذا السبب لازم تسجل حتى تقدر تصوت.

مساعدين اللجنة حضروا مسودة أولية للتعديلات بس في شغل بعد عليها لهلقد ما تصير اقتراح رسمي. مقدرين جهدهم كتير لمساعدتهم حتى وصلنا لهل النقطة.

من هون، اللجنة رح تكمل تكتب وتسوّي المسودة النهائية للقرارات و الأوراق اللازمة، قبل ما تنشرها و تحط تاريخ رسمي للاجتماع العام.

الأهم إنك تسجل عضويتك مع عيلتك عشان يكون في صوت إلك بهل التغييرات، لأنه من دون مشاركتك ما في شي رح يتغير.

رح نعلن عن أيام قريبة مخصصة لتسجيل العضوية، و منشوفك بسهرة البطاطا السنوية يوم ٢٩ آذار الساعة ٥ بعد قداس جمعة الآلام.

Dear Hadchit Community Sydney,

Saint Raymond Charities of Hadchit is currently working on evolving our association to provide a structure that will support the ongoing growth and changing needs of our community.  We are committed to working together to create a better and more inclusive future for current and future generations. 

To make this change possible, we need our community members to be involved.  YOU play an important role in our future, and we need your voice to be heard to make sure that the direction we take is representative of everyone.

You must renew your membership to make sure that you receive an invitation to the upcoming General Meeting where decisions on the future of the association will be made.

• If you are over 65, your membership is free, all you need to do is sign up online to make sure we have your updated details.

• If you have bought a calendar in the past year (2023), you are already a member and do not need to pay, you just need to sign up online to make sure we have your updated details.

• If you have bought a calendar prior to 2023, you are already a member, but you need to renew your membership and pay online.

• If you are a new member, you need to complete an application form and sign up online and pay online.

This information is required for us to send you the official notice of our upcoming General Meeting, which we anticipate will be held in June at the latest.

The association currently operates under an outdated constitution, and the committee does not have the power to update or change the constitution, this can only be done by the members voting for any proposed changes at a General Meeting.

The committee will be proposing that the association adopts the model rules as set out by the Department of Fair Trading, as well as putting forward a number of proposals, which have been received from the wider Hadchit community in Sydney, to amend the model rules. 

A summary of the proposed amendments includes: 

1. You can only become a member of the association if at least one of your parents is from Hadchit; 
2. The committee be made up of the President, Vice President, Secretary, Treasurer and either:
   1. 9 Ordinary Committee Members; or
   2. 13 Ordinary Committee Members, 1 member from each “branch” of the Hadchit family tree.
3. You can only be a committee member if:
   1. Your father is from Hadchit
   2. You obtain a background check
   3. You have a current Working with Children Check
4. You can only be the President, Vice President, Treasurer or Secretary if you have been an ordinary committee member for at least 1 year.

All committee members, including the President, Vice President, Treasurer and Secretary will be voted in by the members of the Association, which is why you must register to ensure that you are able to vote.

The assistants to the committee have prepared an initial draft which requires additional work to be developed into an official proposal.  We greatly appreciate their assistance and work in getting things to where they are now.

From here, the committee plans to continue drafting and finalise the proposed resolutions and necessary documents, before publishing them and formally setting a date for the general meeting.

The most important thing is that you and your family become members so that you have a say in these changes, because without your input and involvement, no change can be made.
